What the Voxira integration adds to Salesforce

Add voice notifications to Salesforce Flow with an invocable Voxira Apex action. Flow resources provide the destination, callflow and spoken message, and the action returns the queued call UUID. Named Credentials hold the connection configuration, so your Flow can trigger telephone updates without storing the API key in Apex code.

Example workflow

Configure a record-triggered Flow to notify a person after a chosen status change. Use a decision element to select relevant changes, then call Voxira on an asynchronous path with the record context.

From an event to a spoken phone call

The integration sends your message and event data to a Voxira callflow. Its text-to-speech configuration determines how the notification is spoken. Voxira queues the call and executes it asynchronously; a successful queue request does not confirm that the recipient answered. Call status is available in Voxira.

Integration questions

Where are Salesforce connection credentials stored?

The integration uses Salesforce Named Credentials and External Credentials. Access to the credential principal and Apex action is granted through permission sets.
