What the Voxira integration adds to PRTG Network Monitor

Add voice notifications to PRTG Network Monitor with Voxira and the supplied PowerShell notification client. An Execute Program notification sends your chosen sensor message to a Voxira callflow. PRTG placeholders let the spoken alert identify the affected device, sensor and status, helping engineers understand the incident without opening a dashboard.

Example workflow

Use a PRTG notification trigger for a down sensor to call the network engineer. Include the device and sensor names so the recipient can identify the affected connection or service.

From an event to a spoken phone call

The integration sends your message and event data to a Voxira callflow. Its text-to-speech configuration determines how the notification is spoken. Voxira queues the call and executes it asynchronously; a successful queue request does not confirm that the recipient answered. Call status is available in Voxira.

Integration questions

How does PRTG send the voice notification?

PRTG runs the supplied PowerShell client as an Execute Program notification. The client queues the call through Voxira; install its files on each executing core or cluster node.
