Workflow automation and orchestration
Voxira for n8n
Use a reusable n8n workflow to place calls from events, webhooks and business automations.
View the n8n setup guideWhat the Voxira integration adds to n8n
Voxira adds a reusable telephone notification step to n8n automation. Import the supplied workflow and invoke it from other workflows after alerts, CRM events, schedules or approvals. Each invocation provides the recipient, callflow and message, so the same voice-call connection can serve several business and operations workflows.
- Call a reusable n8n workflow through an Execute Workflow node.
- Map data from earlier workflow steps into spoken telephone messages.
- Store the API key in n8n credentials separately from workflow inputs.
Example workflow
After an n8n workflow checks an incoming incident or approval, pass its context to the Voxira workflow. Call the selected person with a concise summary generated from the preceding steps.
From an event to a spoken phone call
The integration sends your message and event data to a Voxira callflow. Its text-to-speech configuration determines how the notification is spoken. Voxira queues the call and executes it asynchronously; a successful queue request does not confirm that the recipient answered. Call status is available in Voxira.
Integration questions
Do I need a different Voxira workflow for every automation?
No. Other workflows can invoke the imported workflow with different recipients, messages and callflow UUIDs, allowing you to reuse the same connection pattern.
