Connect MCP-compatible AI assistants to Voxira's tenant-scoped callflow and call tools. Assistants can inspect callflows, retrieve the versioned schema, validate proposed flow data and look up call status. Optional write tools add isolated callflow drafts and outbound call queueing when an administrator explicitly enables those capabilities.
- Inspect callflows and validate proposed data using the versioned schema.
- Retrieve call status from an MCP-compatible assistant.
- Optionally create reviewable drafts or queue calls with enabled write tools.
Example workflow
Let an assistant inspect a callflow and validate a proposed change before review. With draft creation enabled, it can create an isolated draft; queuing real calls requires its separate write capability.
Integration questions
Can an MCP assistant place telephone calls by default?
No. MCP is read-only by default. Draft creation and real outbound calls are separate opt-in write tools, configured by the Voxira administrator.
