What the Voxira integration adds to Make

Add outbound telephone notifications to Make scenarios with a custom Voxira action module. Values from earlier modules supply the destination, callflow and spoken message. The module returns the queued call data, making it possible to carry a reference to the notification into subsequent scenario steps.

Example workflow

Let a Make scenario collect information from connected applications, then call an operator with a short summary. Use scenario conditions to decide which events should produce a telephone notification.

From an event to a spoken phone call

The integration sends your message and event data to a Voxira callflow. Its text-to-speech configuration determines how the notification is spoken. Voxira queues the call and executes it asynchronously; a successful queue request does not confirm that the recipient answered. Call status is available in Voxira.

Integration questions

Can Make use data from previous modules in the call?

Yes. The action exposes mappable callee, callflow and message parameters, allowing earlier module outputs to determine the recipient and spoken text.
